Can I return or exchange any product?

At The Bumble Bee Clothing, each piece is hand made with love & hence products once delivered cannot be returned. Incase of damages from our end, or in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with the photograph of the damaged product(s) at thebumblebeeclothing@gmail.com can be sent. Please note that it can only be exchanged for another product of the same SKU. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you wish to make any changes in the order please contact within 24 hours of placing the order.

What is the timeline to return any product?

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

How can I exchange my international order?

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at thebumblebeeclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
